The Watershed Addiction Treatment Programs is seeking caring professionals to staff our state-of-the-art private addiction treatment programs in beautiful Boynton Beach and/or Boca Raton, Florida!  Our patients are voluntary, highly functional people struggling with the disease of addiction. Care is provided to patients in the detoxification, rehabilitation, and extended-care phases of addiction treatment.

Position Description:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing assessments, formulating the initial treatment plan, initial discharge, and aftercare plans and overseeing the medical and psychiatric management of the patient in coordination with the attending physician.  He/she is also a member of the Treatment Team and provides input into the development of the Master Treatment Plan.
